Junk removal & cleanouts · South Shore, Long Island
The Haulfather clears offices, rentals and whole estates, then leaves the space swept and ready for whatever comes next.
From the family behind The Sodfather
The family business
We focus on bigger cleanouts where carrying, sorting and a deadline matter, not a single couch on the curb.
Offices, shops and storage spaces cleared of furniture, fixtures and leftover stock.
Apartments, garages and storage areas emptied before turnover, repairs or a sale.
Whole homes, basements and garages for families, executors and realtors, handled with care.
Smaller pickup? Call anyway. When it fits the route, we'll take it. For one curbside furniture item, check your town's bulk pickup day first; it may be free.
How it works
Text a few pictures, the address and your deadline. Mention stairs, parking or heavy items.
A written quote listing what we remove, what's included and the payment terms.
We carry it out, load it and take it to the right facility. You don't lift a thing.
We sweep up and walk the space with you. If something's not right, we fix it.
Where we work
We're based on the South Shore and work across the Town of Babylon and nearby communities. Outside these towns? Ask us; bigger jobs often make the trip worth it.
Your basement is full. Your closing is Friday.
We'll take care of it.
Who we are
You may already know us from The Sodfather, where we install sod and keep South Shore lawns green. In the off-season, the same crew and equipment clear out the spaces people need back.
We're a local operation, so you talk to the people doing the work. We show up when we say, quote it straight and leave the place cleaner than we found it.
Questions
By the amount of material, how hard it is to get out (stairs, distance, access), the labor and disposal. Photos usually let us quote; for big or tricky jobs we'll come look first.
Some materials need special handling, such as chemicals, paint, fuel, propane tanks and certain electronics. Tell us what's there and we'll say what we can take and what needs another route.
Not always. For rentals and estates we can work with a lockbox or a property manager once the quote is approved and someone with authority has signed off on what goes.
We leave the space broom-swept. Deep cleaning, repairs and demolition aren't included unless the written quote says so.
Tell us about loading-dock rules, building hours and any certificates your building requires when you ask for a quote, and we'll confirm before scheduling.
